Our comments for different meads, ciders, and perries we've tasted during benchmarking and while waiting for our stuff to age out.
Jim's suggestion (please remove after reading): I suggest listing them alphabetically by meadery/cidery, then alphabetically by brew name and recording the date sampled in addition to our comments. Here is a possible format.
DDB "Good Mead" (sampled xx/xx/13) We thought Good Mead was good.
DDB "Really Good Mead" (sampled xx/xx/13) We thought Really Good Mead was really good.
McMillan "Good Mead" (sampled xx/xx/13) Better than any mead we've ever made.
